We are currently looking for candidates for Product Development Kocaeli Plant Vehicle Team.

Job Description: 

 • V36X quality metrics improvement actions, 3MIS problems solutions, giving support to customer service calls, providing engineering support and guidance for inhouse production operations and for suppliers 

 • Leading V36XRC design and release actions, providing supervision and support till the RC Concerns/projects implemented 

 • Working in VRT organization to take preventive actions for Quality calls. 

 • Approaching quality problem resolution with 6-Sigma methodology 

 • Working in an international environment with Ford of Europe, Ford North America and at all other Ford Plant locations 

 • Collaborating and working with OEM Suppliers and defining technical specification changes in running production 

 • Assisting and supporting Process teams in plant for robust operations and to increase product reliability 

 Requirements: 

• Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to operate in a diverse environment with teams across different nationalities, cultures and time zones; excellent networking skills 

 • Advanced level of English both written and spoken 

 • Experience in these positions is a plus 

 • No military obligation for male candidates 

 • Able to travel domestic and abroad 

 • Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or Material Engineering degree 

 • Knowledge and experience in product development and project management is preferred
