Imagine a boutique hotel in Galata. The building exists more than 2 centuries while the neighborhood is alive since Istanbul is alive. Renewed World House Boutique Hotel has only 15 rooms and opening its doors in no time.

We are looking for its soul, Guest Relations Executive to make the place wonderful. Full of jo, human person, gives attention to details from colorful flowers in rooms to how every single customer like coffees...

QUALIFICATIONS

At least bachelor's degree,

At least 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional areas,

Ability to focus and handle multiple tasks at the same time,

Ability to use time efficiently, to prioritize and organize work,

Excellent command of English (written & verbal); any other language is advantageous,

Guest service focused and a team player,

Ability to relate well to Hotel guests,

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide excellent customer service as per hotel standards,

Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests,

Provide information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities, etc.,

Ensure all departments are aware of all guests' needs prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay,

Create loyally and satisfied guests,

Responsible for teaching and continuously energizing the Guest Relations process throughout the hotel,

Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner,

Manage all day-to-day operations; Understand associate positions well enough to perform duties in associates' absence,

Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest,

Provide services that are above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention,

Improve service by communicating and assessing individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
