Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap stores in Turkey and is located in 9 different cities with a total of 86 stores. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “Sales Operations Supervisor” in our Head Office!

What are we looking for as a “Sales Operations Supervisor?

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economy etc.
• Min. 5 years of related job experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong excel knowledge, analyzing and problem solving skills,
• Multi-tasking and eager to work as a part of a team,
• Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view.

Which responsibilities does a “Sales Operations Supervisor” have?

• Play an active role in achieving department goals by doing business development in the Sales Department,
• Providing analysis of sales data, campaign results, and evaluation of sales and stock,
• Maintaining weekly forecasting reports based on previous year’s sales data,
• Plan and formulate the sales strategies and applications using costs, equipment and manpower items,
• Analyzing the current operational process, improving new procedures in order to reach more effective and efficient operations,
• Recommending promotions to management according to sale & stock reports,
• Organizing and following promotions and campaigns,
• Preparing the feasibility report of the new locations; planned store opening schedule, organize and track the responsible teams.
