For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Production Process Planner for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans work processes and work sequences, selects the corresponding equipment, determines standard times in the value stream
• Makes recommendations for in-house and external production based on calculated costs 
• Participates in the implementation of projects to fulfill quality requirements
  
• Plans and optimizes the equipment in the assigned operation unit in coordination with leaders in the operation unit/value stream 
  
• Creates production plans and flow charts
  
• Supports the purchase of new machines and equipment by taking into account the latest manufacturing and/or assembly technologies
  
• Is responsible for the operational design of the workplaces according to MTM, EAWS 
  
• Supports the development and introduction of new processes and standards
  
• Supports the production engineer / value stream leader according to the implementation of improvement measures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial,
• Minimum 4-5  years of working experience in production supplemented by business knowledge,
• Experience in 5S, and LEAN Manufacturing tools and OPEX methods,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, good SAP knowledge,
• Experience in tracking and controlling complex interconnections and relationships in connection with value flows
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
