JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Prepare project status updates reports for management and external stakeholders.

·         Managing and reporting all site activities and teams.

·         Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients

·         Report to management on all aspects of Development and Construction of projects as required.

·         Managing and coordinating duties related to planning, assisting management in issuing requests for pricing, competitive review,

·         Ensure cost competitiveness, on-time delivery and product quality.

·         Ensure construction projects are completed on time and on budget from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

·         Develop full-scale project execution plans and related documents.

·         Propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes.

·         Oversee project execution to ensure that all systems are installed exactly according to plan.

·         Monitors the status of the project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.

·         Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Civil Engineering degree,

·         Experience minimum 15+ years about road, infa-structure and runway & taxiway pavement works in oversea projects,

·         Familization with international standarts road constructions,

·         Working in Izmir Headoffice,

·         Have no obstacle to travel often,

·         Independent and self-dependent working

·         Analytical thinking

·         Proactive and taking initiative

·         Good at building relationships and trust, good judgment skills and high integrity

·         Good communication and team skills, with ability to work in a cross-functional team

·         Speak and write English fluently.
