Financial Control Manager’s main mission is to manage all financial aspects of the plant including cost accounting, controlling, financial reporting, feasibility studies, pricing, internal processes and to support management decisions through providing reliable financial data and information.
Role Profile
- Responsible for month/quarter/year end closing & reporting activities in accordance with USGAAP/IFRS in line with corporate deadlines and Group Standards
- Responsible for preparation of annual budget, strategic plan and monthly rolling forecasts
- Preparation of the monthly variance analysis and bridge in between plan, forecast, and actual results
- Adroit in cost controlling and process improvements,
- Communicate with departments about budget variances on expenses and prepare corrective action plans when necessary to ensure all business units operate within aligned expense budgets
- Responsible for Profitability analysis, cost structure improvements
- Leading intercompany prices calculation process and supporting global sales teams cost model for new projects.
- Preparing capex scenarios and feasibility analyses for new projects.
- Responsible for setting and maintaining required internal controls and for following them up
- Financial controlling.
- Preparing and monitoring of KPIs
- Overseeing plant’s trade working capital
- Conducting and documenting accounting related internal controls (SOX)
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports requested by management
- Supporting Plant Director in order to achieve the plant targets
- Reporting to Country Controller for all accounting and controlling activities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plant controlling/budgeting and financial reporting, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge in regulatory environment for financial reporting standards, general accounting, tax and incentives
- SAP experience and knowledge.
- Analytical mindset, strong planning and problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Self-starter and motivated personality with strong sense of ownership and involvement in all business areas, flexible and possess strong communication skills
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
