Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions are located on the Asian and European sides of Istanbul and consist of seven kindergartens and three primary schools. Applying IB Primary Years Programme and accredited by CIS, Eyüboğlu schools provide education for children from age 3 – 9 at Kindergartens and Primary. We are looking for committed teachers, to join our successful team who are willing to work collaboratively, plan, prepare and deliver lessons to meet all our students' learning needs and to develop their personalities, skills and help them to become international minded global citizens. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students, create a relationship of mutual trust and know how to organize a class, use a variety of teaching strategies to make sure the students are actively involved and engaged in their learning process.

Responsibilities

•      Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
•      Build relationships with students and parents through open lines of communication built on trust and without bias.
•      Create a fair and just classroom environment that provides equal opportunities for everyone.
•      Employ and present all teaching materials effectively in a clear and organized manner, so that students may benefit from well-planned lessons which add most to their understanding.
•      Be knowledgeable about all areas relevant to field(s) of study, to stay current with the latest developments in areas of interest and expertise and to share this information with students and other colleagues.
•      Take into consideration the individual differences between students and plan tasks which support every student’s development, and to put these plans into action.
•      Being enthusiastic about seeking out new ways of approaching and implementing best teaching practices.
•      Following the school’s policies and procedures

Requirements

•       Degree in teaching or degree in a specialized subject with a certificate in education or TEFL or equivalent
•       At least three years of teaching experience
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
