Technical Support Supervisor

For our business partner operating in electrical / electronical manufacturing industry, we are currently seeking a "Technical Support Supervisor" based in European Side of Istanbul.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in engineering departments, preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering

·       Minimum 6 years of related experience in technical customer support, after sales experience, especially for international clients

·       Analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills, result oriented and team management

·       Knowledge and experience on IATF 16949

·       Experience with preparing internal and client presentations

·       Excellent command of English both written and verbal, German is plus

·       MS Excel, Word & Outlook computer skills are essential  

Job Responsibilities;

·       Providing technical support to customers in collaboration with the sales and quality teams

·       Managing product changes and ensure all technical data is managed properly by the product engineering team

·       Coordinating different departments of the company and serving the right solutions to the customers

·       Arranging internal and external tests to products and analyze results

·       Developing, improving and coordinating departmental processes

·       Following departmental KPIs and take necessary actions for improvement
