Qualifications:

İdeal candidate is / has;

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (preferable chemical or food) or chemistry,
• Minimum 10 years of R&D experience , proven experience in food industry is must,
• Self motivated, organized, detail-oriented, having great technical knowledge to supervise the team,
• Proven experience in Project Management,
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills,
• Pro-active for creating new projects and/or improving existing conditions and processes,
• Good command of English, both written and verbal,
• MS Excel, Word & Outlook computer skills are essential.

Job Description:

• Managing and creating projects and files to apply local and/or internal funds,
• Always follow up changes in industry via customer interviews, observation, competitive analysis and literature,
• Seeking opportunities to build new product offerings across the portfolio,

• Remain current with new and cross industry technologies and practices, as well as evolving external requirements that impact design, execution, analysis and reporting,

• Collaborating with manufacturing and quality departments to identify potential issues & improvements in product performance.
