We are looking for a “Head of Finance” for one of the multinational cosmetic companies in İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant disciplines,
• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management; with audit and real sector experience in a high-performing professional work environment,
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience,
• Experience of Shared Services Center,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Excellent English communication skills is required.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting Head of Region, regional functions and in the market in decision making by providing necessary financial information,
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating the accurate and timely preparation and monitoring of the monthly cash flow, the monthly financial reporting and forecasts,
• Assisting management in the design and implementation of budget control mechanisms that procure the most efficient use of resources,
• Establishing and maintaining proper coordination with Finance Shared Service Center in following areas:

-Accounting, including assurance that Group accounting policies and procedures are implemented and that full control and authorization over all expenditure is maintained,

-Financial audit,

-Tax Compliance, Transfer pricing documentations,

-Treasury and other according to agreed split of roles

• Presenting the regional financial statement to regional management and VP finance of global business area.
