Sales Development Manager

We are a multinational company with branches in Middle East,Africa and Asia countries.

We have opened our Istanbul office door 10 years ago and since then we have been trying to exceed our limits to provide the best service we can give.

Now, we are seeking for a Sales Development Manager to join our team.

Desired requirements of this role are;

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within travel agencies.

· Knowledge of local market

· Having a strong network within the tourism industry

· Passion for sales and for achieving targets

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Quality driven and passion for excellence

· Problem solving skills

· Excellent use of English language is a must.

You will be asked to create reports and attend meetings in English.

Main Responsibilities will be;

· Research and develop new clients

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

· Conduct phone calls, visit the potential and the key customers.

· Attend sales events and exhibitions

· Produce accurate and timely reports showing sales volume,potential sales and areas of propesed client effectiveness.

· Analysis local market trends and competitors to identify the needs

· Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities

· Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy
