QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Resposible for all process management activities of existing accounts and sales activities of target customers, 
  • Drives business performance and manages the portfolio to optimize profitability of the accounts,
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships,
  • Builds and develops relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers,
  • Plans for accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond,
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner,
  • Builds a business value framework for the customer,
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs,
  • Engages with the customer to identify opportunities,
  • Identifies and develops opportunities for short and mid-term success,
  • Identify and approach new potential customers,
  • Demonstrated understanding of market, consumer trends, monitor the opponents and report,
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different personality types to get the best from internal and external relationships,
  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure in a demanding and stressed environment,


Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor Degree, uppers is a plus, technical background preferred,
  • Min. 5 years Sales Experience ( preferably experienced in education sector or IT industry ),
  • Pure Salesman with proven track record,
  • Min. 3 years Sales Experience in B2B sales environment,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • Strong negotiating ability is a must,
  • Honest and result oriented person,
  • Advanced MS Office Applications,
  • Driving license; with at least three years active driving experience,
  • Preferably, proficiency in English,
  • Experience in different sales role is a plus,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Team player,
  • Maintains a winning attitude under all circumstances,
  • Technology knowledge is a plus,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
