About The Job 

Estevien clinic is providing health solutions such as cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental treatment especially to the international customers. 

As Telesales Specialist, you will work in a  team which is the first contact primarily by phone and mail to the customers who are already engaged by our digital marketing division. 

Your main goal is to represent the surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services to make customers imagine the ultimate experience that they will live with Estevien Clinic.

You will be an international ambassador who will maintain an enthusiasm and a positive attitude in everything that you do. 

About You 

We expect:

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English or in French or in Spanish
• Basic computer and ms office skills
• Being able to make effective and persuasive phone calls,
• Preferably, at least one year sales and/or customer care experience

Working conditions:

• Monthly salary + sales bonus + lunch & transport allowance
• The office is based in Mecidiyeköy
• Working hours: 09:30 - 19:30 on Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch break), 10:30 - 14:30 on Saturday
