Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other analytical discipline,
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting, accounting, controlling, cost accounting, management reporting,
• Excellent command of the English language,
• Ability to manage change and cope with multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines,
• Sound analytical skills and experience translating a strategic vision into an operational model,
• Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment,
• Highly motivated and flexible,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Minimum 1 years of related financial experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for all financial aspects of the Espressolab,
• Formulating, implementing and executing the financial strategy of the Espressolab,
• Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software,
• Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements,
• Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies,
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,
• Develop and maintain profitability by account and product line reporting,
• Collaborate/partner with sales, eComm, product, marketing, sourcing, logistics/ops teams in order to ensure accuracy of data. Use this information to continually improve processes and enhance reporting,
• Provide assistance with capital expenditure creation process, including cost center creation, project codes and asset number requests,
• Provides financial direction, guidance and strategy including business planning, capital planning, and forecasting and operational reviews,
• Responsible for the overall review and communication of the financial condition, operating results of each division and performance metrics including P&Ls on a period, quarterly and annual basis,
• Directs the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasting and other supporting analysis,
• Develop monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages to ensure sales leadership has the right tools to drive profit-improvement based decision making,
• Provide monthly cost center reporting with commentary around variances to plan/forecast/prior year to enable sales leadership adequate information to identify opportunities, risks, and key levers,
• Budgeting, forecasting and reporting, including MWB, OH, etc in order to provide internal and external stakeholders a transparent view to type of spend and ROI,
• Efficiency and accuracy, focused on profitability enhancement and overall achievability,
• Set and monitor appropriate discount, return, markdown and chargeback goals by account in order to maintain targeted gross margins,
• Develop and maintain working capital planning/forecasting tools and reporting,
• Support long range planning process by partnering with senior business and finance leadership on developing financial targets and assumptions,
• Responsible for the overall review and communication of the financial condition, operating results of each division and performance metrics including P&Ls on a period, quarterly and annual basis,
• Provide assistance with systems updates and changes, as well as training of other systems users,
• Oversight of co-ops and interns.
