• Having 10+ years of experience in the field of SIGINT and Electronic Warfare Systems (systems engineering or technical project management experience on Airborne SIGINT / EW payloads)
• Proven experiences on monitoring and planning of manpower, calendar and budget of the projects 
• Having Project Management certificates.
• Having knowledge and experiences in software development process is preferred
• Having knowledge and experiences in RF, Antenna and Signal Processing.
• Detail-oriented  
• Strong organizing, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish customer trust and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Plan project management activities
• Plan for stakeholder involvement
• Monitor and manage project stakeholders commitments
• Establish and maintain estimates
• Establish and maintain project tailoring
• Establish and maintain project WBS
• Develop project charter
• Coordinate establishment of project management environment
• Determine necessary competencies for the project team
• Prepare and maintain project schedule
• Define project specific measures and ensure data collection
• Collect actual project progress data
• Manage EPPM Tool
• Execute project management plan and conduct project reviews
• Monitor execution of project plans
• Create and manage project corrective actions
• Coordinate development of lessons learned
• Manage contract requirements and ensure their fulfillment
• Identify and manage project risks
• Coordinate and manage government supports
