Responsibilities

• Being competent to take all actions from end to end (from opening the case to closing) for the events assigned to the assigned workflows,
• Being able to carry out operation and reporting activities in line with the flows determined within the scope of service continuity for the infrastructure components of Data Center White Space rooms operations,
• Being knowledgeable about TCP/IP and Network (LAN-WAN),
• Being able to perform UTP cabling, UTP cable termination, UTP cable testing,
• Being able to perform fiber optic cabling, FO cable testing and labeling operations,
• Being able to change CPU, memory and disk on servers,
• Being able to perform data center cabinet hardware assembly and disassembly operations,
• Being able to perform physical malfunction checks of the hardware in the data center,
• Participating in the work carried out with authorized companies that provide services for data center hardware malfunction, maintenance and repair,
• Having the ability to use Data Center physical hardware inventory tracking and operation applications (DCIM, BMS, etc.).
