CRM Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support our CRM system by analyzing and visualizing.

In particular, you will be the lead for ensuring that the large supply chain datasets we have are effectively utilized by online/offline/call center data. You will be part of a team that is managing strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts across all of ERKA Group products.

Job Description

• Create reports and data visualizations to guide decision-making across CRM, digital marketing and product team.
• Make data and reporting updates as needed to ensure accuracTesting digital assets and suggesting required optimisation points with relevant department
• Communicate reporting outcomes and improvement areas effectively
• Lead data analytics vision for CRM
• Develop data-based solutions to complex CRM challenges
• Apply out of problem-solving abilities and operational CRM experience to derive solutions
• Independently handle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
• 4+ years experience in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with prior full-time work experience in relevant area
• Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using Clickview
• Proficiency with SQL
• High proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with complex and demanding deadlines
• Exceptional communications, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
