QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EREB Global is an EMPG-backed real estate acquisition portal with site offices in Turkey and Dubai, UAE, which recently started its operations in Turkey.  

EMPG owns and operates bespoke property and verticals in emerging markets, primarily in the Middle East and South Asia. The group’s flagship ventures are Bayut.com in the UAE, Zameen.com in Pakistan, Bproperty.com in Bangladesh and Mubawab.com in Morocco.   

And now, in Turkey, we are hiring a Front Office Coordinator.

What is expected?

  • Being in charge of visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

  • Ensuring timely and accurate customer requests as the first contact person, coming through phone calls and other channels 

  • Ad-hoc support regarding office place requirements 

  • Monitoring inventories and ordering office supplies

  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations

  • Providing support by creating/updating presentations when necessary 

  • Supporting company operations by maintaining back office departments and staff support

  • Performing data entry to input and updating applicant information in the sales and candidate database

  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling interview cancellations

Who is the right fit?

  • Fluent in English

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
