We are looking for a Project Architect to join our Technical Office in Ankara.

• Min 6-8 years work experience is a must
• Preferably in OBO/ USACE projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must 
• Proficiency in Revit is a plus. 
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare detailed design and shop drawing in compliance with the requirements of the Design (Conceptual or Issued for Construction).
• To work with design subcontractors in order to make necessary controls and inform his/her immediate manager about the necessary corrections.
• To check the compliance of the specifications and drawings prepared for the project during the design development phase within the related technical specifications of the contract and report to the manager any nonconformities.
• To coordinate architectural works with electrical and mechanical departments when necessary.
• To communicate with project sites and/or branches any architectural practice issues worth noting of the project assigned to him/her.
• To provide the drawings and specifications and the revisions thereof in respect of the assigned project(s).
• To make on-site inspections for the discovery of the problems that have occured or likely to occur during the construction and propose design revisions when necessary.
• To support the construction sites, personally on-the-site when necessary, pertaining to any architectural issues encountered during construction.
• To review the standards and regulations of the projects and inspect/ensure that the design and construction to be performed are in compliance with the related standards and regulations
• To prepare related lists of materials (bill of quantities, etc) to be used in accordance with the specifications.
• To prepare RFIs (Project information requests), cause internal approvals are given, RFIs are submitted to the Client and maintain such RFIs.
• To participate in the market search with the Procurement Department and conduct discussions with suppliers when needed.
