ENKA has its own `in-house` multi-disciplinary engineering team that performs all design services required for the development of above mentioned projects. ENKA Engineering team carries out Conceptual (FEED), Basic and Detailed engineering for the Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Civil & Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

ENKA Engineering organization comprises of 3 main divisions located in Istanbul Head Quarter - Engineering Offices in Turkey;

· ENKA Civil, Structural and Infrastructural,

· ENKA Architectural Design, and

· ENKA Energy Engineering.

ENKA Energy Engineering is seeking for new teammates who will become the member of ENKA’s design & engineering team located in Istanbul, Turkey. We are seeking to hire a Piping & Stress Analysis Engineer to be employed within theENKA Energy Engineering in our head office in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,

• Experience in design and engineering of piping in power plants and/or field of refineries, petrochemical plant and oil & gas sectors,

• Advanced competency with relevant international code & standards such as ANSI/ASME, DIN/EN, AWWA, API standards,

• Competency with Pipe Stress Analysis Systems (Preferably CAESAR 2),

• Competency with MS Office programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point),

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

• Competency with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015,

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering design codes, standards and regulations,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To involve in design of Project at feasibility, conceptual, detail engineering and design stages, where output comes in terms of documents and drawings,

• To plan and prepare layout for the analyses of the space requirement of pipe rack and location of terminal points,

• To inform civil structural team about pipe racks, platforms and structural requirements,

• To prepare isometrics and perform stress analysis as required,

• To select components such as supports, fittings, etc., prepare welding specifications and testing requirements to produce an optimum design,

• Preparation of datasheet for supports, special type fittings, etc., coordinate with vendor to make sure the right product is delivered,

• Preparation of the material lists depicting all the materials, sizes, specification, special requirements, testing requirements to meet the design, as an input for procurement team,

• To review designs in accordance with current codes, standards and regulations and evaluate for completeness and accuracy,

• Coordination of the internal and external design reviews together with project's Lead Piping Designer.
