Electrical Technician

We are looking for a Electrical Technician for Baymina- CCGT PowerPlant based in Ankara.

The job holder will have:

• Knowledge of safety, environmental and operational policies, frameworks and statutory legislation
• Knowledge of Large Rotating plant control, protection and interlock systems.  
• Knowledge of Power Plant maintenance practices
• Knowledge of people development and management.
• Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Contract processes and Contractor management
• Knowledge of management, business procedures and IT systems
•  Over 10 years of experience in the maintenance of power generation plants or large rotating machinery.
•  Experience of operating within safety, environmental and operational policies, frameworks and statutory legislation
•  Experience of managing and developing people    
•  Experience of Budget Management                    
•  Experience Writing, Negotiating and award of Contracts.
•  Managing contracts and contractors.                  
•  Experience of engineering and change control.    
•  Experience of implementing Quality Control processes.
•  Experience in working in an asset defined as “very dangerous work place” by HSE regulation.
•  Experience in carrying out the role of Technical Officer. 
•  Proven interest in engineering concepts and projects.
•  Experience in implementing plant improvement / refurbishment projects and in power station maintenance.

İŞ TANIMI

•  Executes the maintenance program (planned and unplanned) of the asset specifically in relation to the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and the electrical plant and auxiliaries. 

•  Executes compliance and implement best practice to deliver continuous improvement in plant reliability, availability and efficiency whilst minimising cost. 

•  Leads contractors within instructions to an excellent operation including: technical, environmental, H&S, regulatory, ethic, professional climate. 

•  Delivers a team building environment with other departments in the plant. 

•  Evaluates electrical goods and services suppliers. 

•  Prepares, evaluates, and modifies task risk assessments prior execution of work.
