QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION 

Preferably B.S. Degree in engineering or business administration,

5-10 years of work experience in contract management,

Ability to understand and analyze terms and conditions of agreements and 

negotiate in the way that would enable commercial optimization, and at the 

same time, risk mitigation on behalf of Enerjisa,

Ability to understand and analyze legal and regulatory requirements, which 

arise due to competition rules and specific energy sector legislation,

Ability to meet deadlines while working many agreements concurrently,

Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

Result oriented,

Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English,

Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications,

Military service obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of all contractual documents,

Defining the responsibility distribution of each department, based on the

contract terms,

Sustaining information flow during the contract negotiation process or 

processes requiring related functions’ opinion/actions,

Reviewing and negotiating letter of guarantee texts,

Ensuring that all company staff are aware of and comply with the competition rules 

and regulatory compliance risks that are confronted as set out in laws and 

regulations.
