To support our team in İstanbul - Asia, we are looking to recruit a Internal Sales Specialist.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or  business administration with technical oriented background 
  • Experienced in project development
  • Experience in wind energy or energy sector will be a plus
  • Experience in working with German and/or International companies
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Customer Satisfaction Oriented
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Team player
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, Excel a must
  • SAP knowledge will be a plus
  • Valid driver's license

Job Description:

  • Development of new products, press or standards or responsibility for medium term goals
  • Internal communication with fundamentally conflicting goals, external communication with fundamentally consistent goals

  • Convincing others of new facts, expirations or methods

  • Conception and execution of strategic customer satisfaction analyzes

  • Creation and administration of presentations with different thematic focuses

  • Creation, acquisition and evaluation of sales figures

  • Providing evaluations to the sales and management

  • Communication with third parties as ministries, associations, etc. regarding local regulations and laws and adapting the requirements into the internal processes

  • Communication with internal departments to be compliant to the local regulation requirements

  • Support of supervisor                                                                                                              

  • Technical and Organizational Support of Sales Managers

  • Support of the sales managers before/during/after negotiation phase in case of necessity

  • Training planning for the entire distribution and organization of training           

  • Processing of general information requests /leads through CRM and other internal tools                    

  • Support at fair                                                                                    

  • Filing and archiving                                                                                          

  • Regular check of the sales mail groups                                                                                     

  • Customizing and training suitable software to support sales processes (especially SAP)                      

  • SAP Documentation                             

  • Support in training for total sales

  • Processing of general information requests /leads

  • Central contact for questions related to tenders

  • Preparation and acquisition of technical and/or administrative documents necessary for tenders/biddings etc. coordinated with internal processes. 

  • Preparation, organization and presentation of all related documents between customer, internal teams and governmental authorities.

 

Preferred Candidate

6 - 9 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
