      QUALIFICATIONS

·        University degree from reputable universities.

·        Minimum 3 years experience in the similar positions.

·        Perfect knowledge of English is essential (Interview will include English language skill assessment)

·        Good command of MS Office applications.

·        Preferably having B class driver license and legally able to drive.

·        Customer focused, improved skill of documentation, planning and organization.

·        Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork.

·        Able to work in a dynamic company and can work under pressure.

·        No military obligation for male candidates.

·        Residing in Istanbul Asian side. (Our factory located in Tuzla)

      JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Handling shipments to US and Europe.

·        Planning and managing the export process from factory to customers via ocean, road, air.

·        Maintaining the coordination between sales, planning and production departments to determine monthly shipping schedules.

·        Coordinating schedules with the freight forwarders and negotiating shipping rates.

·        Ensuring freight transactions are selected based on cost and service quality.

·        Planning the container loading, determining required number of containers, obtaining the containers based on the shipping schedule.

·        Having the cargo ready communicating with warehouse, quality control and logistics departments.

·        Directing the warehouse shipping personnel and planning the packing of finished products ensuring the cargo’s safety.

·        Labeling the finished cargoes properly.

·        Supervising the container loading ensuring the loading and record keeping is being done properly.

·        Meeting cut-off deadlines.    

·        Preparing all the necessary export and import documents required logistics wise (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order etc.)

·        Keeping records of the shipping documents and shipment content.

·        Managing customs clearance of goods for import and export in cooperation with customs broker.

·        Tracking shipments and taking actions if an unexpected event occurs.

·        Maintaining excellent communication with customers informing the shipment documents and shipping statuses. 

·        Preparing shipping reports to the management.

·        Handling international procurement and imports.
