The Cosmetics/Personal Care Business Unit of ELTON Group operates from the Group’s initial operation. Given our long-term business partnerships with the most esteemed raw materials’ suppliers worldwide, along with our know-how and expertise available, we are capable to furnish industrial players with the utmost advanced solutions and innovative products that make sound difference in the market, adding an overall value to the profile of our customers.


Your challenge:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing activitiesto manufacturers in the COSMETICS industry.
  • Maintain and expand current business by achieving monthly & annual budget target.
  • Analyze the market, monitor the existing customers, and increase profitability & performance through new business development in the allocated region
  • Build good, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice & support to the customers, as well as negotiating and closing contracts
  • Show full ownership for the product management and sales tasks dedicated to the role
 

Your qualifications:

  • University academic background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (MSc, BSc)
  • Working experience in sales of chemicals & raw materials, and existing network within the COSMETICS manufacturers.
  • Good knowledge of raw materials in the COSMETICS market.
  • Good command of English, and PC literacy (CRM, MS Office)
  • High achiever, able to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about achieving goals/targets
  • Self-motivated, with advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Driving license & open to travel over the region.
