Our company operates in the Automotive Industry sector; we are looking for a Lean Responsible.

Purpose of the function:

• By leading the plant's lean Project;
• He/she is co-responsible for the overall implementation performance of the lean topics on site.
• He/she is responsible for the deployment and efficiency of the system to optimize performance.
• He/she will be reporting to EFI Automotive Turkey Production Manager.

Main Missions:

1. Piloting EFI Lean Project

• In collaboration with the related Process owners, he/she defines Lean objectives and develops a convergence plan or improvement actions (PIP, etc.)
• Ensures the implementation and acceptance of lean methods and tools in the factory.
• Brings lean standards to the factory: Staff involvement, QSE, Equipment care, ...
• Manages its process and contributes to its deployment and continuous improvement (IATF, etc.)
• Ensures the monitoring and compliance of the quality system with CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)

 2. Animation of the EFI Lean Project:

• Leads progress projects and manages various lean tools such as: 5S, HOSHIN, SMED (...)
• Provide technical support to other functions
• Leads training sessions in its field of activity
• Coach the Team Leaders, supervisors and managers
• Analyzes progress with Management Team and makes proposals to remove obstacles to improvement
• Identifies and implements good practices

 3. Animation of the EFI Lean Project Team:

• Manages the lean team: ensuring the right level of staff, maintaining a working environment in accordance with HSE standards, identifying staff needs and recommending training actions, participating in career management initiatives (...)
• Ensures the evaluation process of team members

 Job requirements:

• Education and / or Experience: Bac + 5 or equivalent professional experience. 1 to 3 years of lean practice (or equivalent) in an industrial environment.
• Special knowledge (language, IT…):
• Knowledge of logistics and production flows.
• English is a must.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills and good interpersonal skills, strength of proposal, ability to define and manage one's priorities as well as those of one's environment.
