Desired Skills and Experience

• University degree in Business Economics / Finance/ Accounting
  
• At least 3 -5 years experiences of finance / accounting field in international firms
  
• Experience in Production company is preferred
  
• Preferable CPA /SMM Licence (Certified Public Accountant) Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP ( VUK ) and IFRS reporting ( TAS ), Quality assurance tools and techniques
  
• Knowledge about Fiscal and Legal Competencies like on Tax Procedural Code, Turkish Commercial Law , VAT Law, Corporate Tax Law, Stam Tax Law, Free Zone Law etc
  
• Competence on Profit / Loss and Balance Sheet Principles
  
• Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts and Turkish Accounting Standarts and Corporate Standards and IFRS knowledge
  
• General Knowledge on cost accounting
  
• Fluent English mandatory
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Job Description

The accounting specialist will provide accounting support to major financial accounting fields including accounting payables, receivables, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation. He/she will be responsible from the following duties:

• Maintaining complete and accurate records as per Turkish Accounting Standarts and Turkish Tax Procedural Code, to assist for routine accounting duties including ledgers, journal entries,invoice receipts , inventory records and information related to suppliers, customers ,
  
• Assiting the accounting department in daily, monthly and annual activities including generating financial reports, preparing tax reports, assiting with audits and resolving discrepancies,
  
• In case of need speaking with vendors to ensure charges and fees are accurate and assisting Finance team about that payments are done in timely manner.
  
• In case of need communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies,
  
• To maintain analzying the accounting datas accurately and efficiently according to the group standarts and local legal requirements,
  
• To maintain regular reports and files on asset and liability account balances via the company’s accounting system according to the group standarts and local legal requirements,
  
• To provide prompt responses to inquiries related accounting from other departments and external parties.
