Ekomak PC is looking for a Project Lead for its new plant location, Kocaeli. As a Project Lead, she or he will work in a project team on the realization of new products or on the optimalisation of the current products. In the Project Lead you give special attention to quality and manufacturability. Furthermore you help to develop the team, competence and design rules about the product ranges.

Position will be located in Dilovası, Kocaeli location.

Responsibilities:

• Review the design change requests and design of new products.
• You will be Project leader for A and B type of projects and will perform design reviews and FMEA analysis for C and D type of projects.
• You will be coordinator for the design engineers,
• Help to shape the engineering processes.
• Make sure that the technical 2D and 3D drawings and functional specifications are meet during the design changes and new product development.
• Interaction with GECIA related to 2D and 3D drawings and review ECO requests.
• Investigate prototype comments and propose technical solutions during the Design review.
• Make sure that the already available standard parts are used unless the project requirements says otherwise.
• Set up a test program for components together with the technology engineer and Project engineers.
• Depending on the project will lead or participate project meetings, project organization, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years in design or industrial experience
• University degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a technical function or production environment.
• Product knowledge of compressors and sheet metal parts manufacturabilty requirements
• Good communicator.
• Experience on problem solving tools.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• MS Office applications & computer knowledge.
• Advanced English skills.
