Payroll Specialist/Senior Specialist

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Payroll Specialist/Senior Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources  and payroll outputs, management and exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources,
• Ensuring the accuracy and controlling the quality of all analyzes and reports prepared within the scope of HR Analytics,
• Supporting the creation, design and preparation of the infrastructure for the necessary reports on human resources management,
• Supporting forecast studies within the scope of all human resources metrics by making statistical analyzes,
• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor/Master degree in relevant departments of the universities,
• At least 1 year of experience in related areas such as compensation & benefit and payroll,
• Experienced on implementation projects with reputable HR Systems,
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Fluent in English (Interviews conducted in English),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
