PRODUCTION SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in injection machine,plastic materials ,plastic moulding process
• Familiar with plastic moulds, their structure, maintemance and repairings
• Experience and knowledge about plant auxiliary equipments (compressors, cooling systems etc.)
• Good level of English
• Good computer software skills (MS Office applications, SAP will be an asset)
• Able to travel in country and abroad
• High problem solving ability, improvement driven person with standardized work approach
• Good managerial and analytical skills and willing to work in highly intensive environment.
• Military service completed
• Live or willing to live in Adapazarı location.

Job Description:

• Manage and organize workfloor (injection and assembly), close relationship with mouldshop and maintenance departments, their staff and follow up production strictly.
• To follow conditions of the molds, evaluate maintenance and repairing requirements and search for improvement opportunities
• Analyses the plastic moulding process, in order to find out improvement in terms of quality and efficiency, guaranteeing the compliance of the product and process with specifications
• Follow up working parameters of the injection machines, get in connection with quality and project departments in case of deviation or improvement opportunities.
• Analyses the process data collected from workfloor and create actions accordingly.
• Observing the failure analysis result, discovers the root-cause of the problem, carrying on the proper corrective actions
