EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Sales Support Engineer (German Speaker) to support our growing local and international business in Sales & Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in Engineering Faculties,

·       2-4 years experience in a similar position,

·       Excellent knowledge of German (Fluent in Writing & Speaking),

·       Good command of MS Office Applications,

·       Exceptional presentation skills,

·       Strong communication, relationship building, co-ordination skills,

·       Self motivated and team oriented,

·       Detail oriented with profound time management and planning skills,

·       No restriction for travelling,

·       Completion of military service for male candidates,

·       Resident in Asian part of Istanbul or Kocaeli / Gebze / Çayırova / Darıca.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·       Support of project work within the sales organizations,

·       Prepare of quotations receive, processing and control inquiries,

·       Updating price lists, installing custom data in ERP and CRM,

·       Registration processing and control customer complaints,

·       Process credit notes for approvals in according with the qualities,

·       Communicate with customers regarding verbal law,

·       Cooperate with Germany Area Sales Manager & ISS in daily business,

·       Maintaining project records and files to ensure latest information,

·       Performing other project tasks as need,

·       Providing required activity reports to management.
