In this perspective, we are looking for a Quality Systems Assistant Manager for our plant in Hadımköy with the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering Min. 
• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Systems 
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) 
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications 
• Knowledge and experience of GCMS 
• Knowledge of SAP 
• Effective planning and teamwork skills 
• Analytical thinking skills and result oriented attitude No military obligation for male candidates Living in the European side of Istanbul 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating and revising Quality Assurance Procedures 
• Carrying out Internal Audits 
• Managing the documents’ archive according to Quality Assurance Systems 
• Managing, investigating and answering Customer Complaints, and tracking of Action Plans 
• Ensuring that Change Control procedures are respected 
• Replying to customer demands on Country related Legal Requirements about product specifications 
• Supporting the preparation and revision of Regulatory Documents 
• Conducting the necessary preparations for Certification Audits, and managing these Audits 
• Following-up and completion of Audit Actions
