DowAksa, an international indirect joint venture between the Dow Chemical Company and Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş., established in 2012, is providing and selling high quality carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced advanced composite solutions by applying science, world class manufacturing capabilities and technical knowledge, to the industrial clients. DowAksa is selling to diversified industrial market areas. 

End users are;

Wind Energy
Pressurised Vessels 
Infrastructure 
Automotive 


The company is offering the role of a Sales Operations Specialist;

  • Bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar fields
  • Preferably MSc in related fields,
  • At least 3 years of work experiences in Sales / logistics / import / export operations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Good knowledge MS Office & Oracle system,
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, analytical mind set from problem definition to problem solving,
  • Residing or to be residing in Yalova or Karamürsel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Job Description;

  • To plan and run the delivery process of from warehouse to customer effectively and efficiently,
  • Responsible for applying logistics operations & product & service agreement with customer and being contact point of customer for the customer’s order and its delivery time & conditions,
  • To execute of export and authorization processes in accordance with the legislation and regulations,
  • To follow customer’s payment and its risks,
  • Responsible for applying and managing customer database,
  • To report periodically sales figures and sales activities in detail.
