The developed systems are solutions ,called as MES in international arena, including advanced level of IT implementation subjects such as OEE and TEEP reports, management reports aiming data collection from production, online monitoring, real-time schedule, TPM and lean management operations. Teknopark and Tübitak supported R&D projects operated by its specialized staff in smart manufacturing systems, include development of IoT machines and IoS software, machine learning, augmented reality, PLM and similar technological areas.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineerin
• Proven analytical abilities,
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports,
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio,
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management,
• Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions,
• Extensive experience with data visualization,
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities,
• Proficiency with SQL language is a plus

Objectives of this Role

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation existing product processes and communicating with relevant stakeholders,
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels,
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development,
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability,
• Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues,
• Analyze business partners’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions,
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to solve ambiguous analyses, complete root cause analyses, and derive recommendations that drive business results,
• Assist in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed,
• Translate high level stakeholder requirements into business requirements and specifications and manage changes to such specifications,
• Facilitate communication and gain commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies,
• Develop complex business cases,
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member,
• Assist with facilitating project governance and corporate priorities,
• Work as product owner in multiple projects.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams,
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties,
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation,
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
