Financial Analysis Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of financials and key business drivers with budget on monthly basis,
• Prepare accurate forecasts, analyze and comment properly on forecast to actual variances,
• Performing forecasts, revisions or simulations as needed,
• Performing ROI analysis,
• Development of feasibility studies and business models of various projects,
• Development and implementation of controlling and reporting systems and templates,
• Supporting developing of SAP and BW systems and carrying out new projects to improve reporting efficiency
• Ensure timely preparation of the detailed routine and ad-hoc internal & external financial and managerial reports,
• Supporting the studies on the instant reports and analyzes demanded by management,
• Supporting other departments in Financial Reporting and Analysis,
• Working closely with the rest of the organization to ensure the best business decisions are made on a timely basis,

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong academic background (Bachelors degree inEconomics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related sciences)
• Related experience, preferably in FMCG or retail is highly appreciated
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• SAP modules and BW systems experience is an asset
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong strategical, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills
• Multitasking, able to work with strict deadlines,
• 3-4  years experience in the Finance/Budget/Financial Reporting /Financial Controlling and Analysis Department of a multinational company will be an asset
