Requirements:
- Graduated from universities' Communication, Visual Communication, Cinema-TV, Photography and related departments,
- Having 6 years of experience in a similar position,
- Good command of English language,
- Knowledge of video recording on DSLR or mirrorless cameras and a grasp of imaging topics such as lens, lighting, frame, composition,
- Grasp of camera equipment such as tripods, microphone, gimbal and a knowledge of video recording techniques,
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere software, and experienced in video edit and post-production,
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of graphics (Adobe Photoshop) and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) software,
- Being creatively developed,
- Demonstrate a tendency towards cooperation and teamwork,
- Being able to use written and verbal communication channels effectively,
- Having knowledge of the basic principles of design and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics,
- Have a high level of creativity and the ability to produce innovative ideas,
- Ability to work collaboratively and attaches importance to teamwork,
- Able to think strategically and provide guidance based on company goals and market trends,
- Having communications, management and leadership skills.
Job Description:
- Examining customer and project requirements,
- Researching the technical features of products or services,
- Generating ideas for promotional activities,
- Coordinating with designers, artists and copywriters to develop brand strategies,
- Participating in photo or video shootings and supervising the production team,
- Designing and developing effective advertising campaigns,
- Planning social media activities and ensuring regular content production,
- Organizing activities for the professional development of team members.
- Ensuring effective coordination between the creative team and other departments,
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines in multiple project management.
- To inspire the team by developing existing ideas and campaigns and to guide the team on briefs,
- Directing the team with team management and leadership skills,
- Ensuring that creative works are compatible with the determined strategy,
- To implement the campaigns designed and developed by adapting them to different channels (such as social media, television, newspapers and magazines)
