IDEAL PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistic, Management or similar degrees
• 3+ years of experience in CRM reporting, preferably with subscription management experience
• English will be a plus
• Experience in reporting tools like Power BI and Business Objects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Netmera knowledge will be a plus
• Result-oriented problem solver and proactive thinker

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

The role is creating reports and visualising data, exploring datasets to produce analysis and insights and actionable insights to make forward looking business decisions. Controlling KPIs and budget to measure achieve product goals and setting customer communication campaigns.

• Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable Marketing recommendations
• Post analyzing of campaign results
• Execution of subscribers & campaign matching through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with IT and product team for data issues. 
• Designing of algorithms according to various concepts such as their usage pattern, age, social status, location, churn score results.
• Setting and monitoring of marketing communication numbers and results
• Develop in-depth user understanding for what drives growth for the product
• Determining insights and tracking requirements; use measurement systems for data capture
• Business recommendations to improve the insights based on analysis
• Continuous improvement of customer communication campaigns’ CTR rates
