• University degree in Computer Engineering science, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• IT Experience 8-10 years and demonstrable people management experience at middle management level
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Having experience in logistics industry is desirable
• European management experience is a strong plus.
• IT experience Complex Transport and Warehouse Operations is essential.
• OTM Experience and knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Having experience in team management
• Internal/External Customer Management, change management experience is must.
• Change Management, Project/Implementation Management experience is desirable.
• Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of project management tools and applications

Job Description

• Delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to manage service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
• Management of IT suppliers within area of responsibility.
• Management of IT products within area of responsibility.
• Support or own solution design and delivery of IT solutions, services and processes within area of responsibility.
• Support and manage all aspects of change and release management, using required predefined tools and processes, for IT systems within area of responsibility
• Support business development activity for all new opportunities or accounts and renewals within area of responsibility.
• Manage and co-ordinate relationships and communication with business stakeholders
• Manage and support communication with external customers as appropriate to support business development and existing operations
• Define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation. Delivery of appropriate IT training to 
• Support financial budgeting and communication of information to stakeholders in operations and finance teams.
• To be aware of and manage IT cost base and drivers within area of responsibility, and to maintain regular monitoring and reviews to ensure transparency, effective control and to take action as appropriate.
