DEVA is seeking for a Marketing Communication Chief;

• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree; Concentration in Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or business is preferred; MBA or other advanced degree desirable
• Experience of building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships – within teams, across the business, with senior leaders and external agencies
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), preferably second language will be an asset
• Competent in MS Office programmes 
• Adapting to flexible working hours
• Planning and organization skills
• No restriction of travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement the annual communication strategy
• Conduct short and long-term internal communication and produce new projects inline with the company strategy in order to ensure the brand awareness
• Create content for marketing communication tools on all channels.( i.e. presentations, communications plans, marketing communications materials such as catalog, brochure and flyer, media releases etc. supporting the overall strategy)
• Plan, coordinate and execute events such as congresses, meetings, product launches and exhibitions
• Manage digital projects and websites including: content management (coordination and implementation of new content, including site updates), and maintenance
• Plan and manage marketing communications activities in collaboration with Medical and related departments
• Follow and report the marketing communications budget
• Managing relationships with external agencies and 3rd parties
