QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DEVA has been operating since 1958 and is one of the pioneering pharmaceutical companies in Turkey. DEVA, having R&D in focus, manufactures with international quality standards and currently exports products to other countries worldwide.


DEVA is seeking for a International Markets Senior Product Manager;


  • Graduates of Universities’ Pharmacy, Physical Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and similar departments
  • Min. 3-4 year of product management experience, preferably, in pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetics sector
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German and/or Russian is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented
  • Advanced planning and organization skills
  • No restriction for worldwide travel
  • Military service must be completed for male candidate


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Create and develop marketing strategies appropriate to the life cycle of the products and to the countries, transforming and implementing strategies into marketing plans
  • Prepare launch plans and launch activities for the new products align with the company marketing strategies
  • Preparing periodic budgets for the countries and close follow up
  • Ensuring that marketing plans are implemented by sales teams following the development of sales and updating the marketing plan periodically.
  • Planning marketing activities (organizations, activities, conference organizations, special projects) in close coordination with the marketing projects and communication unit
  • Analyze country and competition environment through gathering customer insights and available sales data continuously, reporting opportunuties and threats for the related thearpeutic areas in each country
  • Analyze the profitability of the products and/or therapeutic areas for which he/she is responsible.
  • Building and maintaining relations by defining a communication strategy with the Opinion Leaders and Associations as the representative of the company
  • Responsible for all printed promotional materials according to each country needs,
  • Responsible for all promotional items, planning for each country, following the purchasing steps and be in stock on time
  • Collaborating with medical department, establish and execute product training for sales managers
  • Support and lead sales teams for the implementation of marketing activities in each country
