DENZAY is an Architecture and Engineering Company working for international superstructure and infrastructure projects.

Denzay is looking for a creative and highly talented Tendering Coordinator, for its office in Ankara, with the responsibilities and qualifications listed below;

Responsibilities;

•           To work with the Company Management Team to develop an order winning strategy.
•           To manage the preparation of proposals for a range of scope
•           To review and manage the customers enquiry process into a costed workable solution.
•           To submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification
•           To develop costing as part of the quotation process.
•           To act as the company's internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding processes.
•           To respond to customer questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner.
•           To carry out regular proposal follow up’s using/updating and maintaining programs
•           To assist the Engineering Department, where applicable, when undertaking a design and build for new unit orders.
•           Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to create proposal outlines and development plans
•           Work closely with engineering, procurement & program management to complete the formulation of “win strategies and themes” 
•           Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
•           Lead and/or support the development and submission of winning bid responses by working with the Bids team, internal experts and contractors, as required

• Qualifications;

•           BS/BA degree, in Engineering or Architecture (Civil Engineer or Architect with MBA preferred)
•           Min 5 years of experience
•           Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
•           Good awareness of engineering and architecture projects
•           Aware of Quality and Environmental Systems and the ability to work to the expected requirements of these systems
•           Highly responsive to client requirements;
•           Including on-time responses, and incorporating changes when requested
•           Proven ability to work across organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills
•           Proven attention to detail
•           Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability in English language
•           Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
•           Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
•           A valid driver’s license
•           No travel restraints
