Desired Skills & Experience

• Degree in computer science or similar,
• Hands-on knowledge on Java and Spring Framework but also motivated to explore other programming ecosystems including Node.js and Python. Strong frontend development fundamentals with JavaScript & CSS skills,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Knowledge on cloud-native techniques and tools (microservices, containerization, PaaS offerings),
• Knowledge on DevOps technical practices,
• Familiar with agile software development practices and techniques including TDD & continuous delivery,
• Mindset of a software craftsman to improve continuously and help others improve,
• Team player who takes pride in, and facilitates the sharing of knowledge,
• Self-starter and a practitioner of continuous learning,
• Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make,
• Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction.
