Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Law, preferably with a post-graduate degree,
• At least 5 years experienced in the field of foreign legal transactions, Corporate Law, Labor Law, any kind of agreements (including lease agreements),
• Has worked in multinational law offices and / or the legal departments of the companies and / or has provided legal advice to outside companies,
• Deep knowledge of M&A and IPO process,
• Good command of the English language in the field of law both verbally and in writing,
• Good use of MS Office applications,
• Wiling to travel abroad,
• Be competent in solution focused, planned, attentive, teamwork, teamwork and time management issues,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Basic Functions:

• Preparation of domestic and foreign legal studies (especially company organizations, general assembly and board of directors),
• Evaluation of contracts and their opinions,
• Providing advisory services to company units in legal matters,
• Following legal legislation and informing related company units,
• Preparation of training presentations to be made in the field of law to the units of the company and monthly company law reports,
• Ensuring that the legal services provided by the Company from external sources are carried out and coordinated, in particular, in the litigation and enforcement proceedings.
