Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in the fields of Engineering, Economics, Business or other related departments, 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience running performance marketing campaigns,
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results,
  • Proficiency in use of Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and MS Excel,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, 
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment,
  • Having strong analytical and problem solving skills, 
  • Open-minded, enthusiastic, eager to learn.
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Main Functions:

  • Following up, analyzing and reporting digital marketing campaigns and strategies across different channels, 
  • Following up and managing communication of SEM, Affiliate and 3. party agencies,
  • Analyzing ad performance against campaign and business objectives, making recommendations for optimization, 
  • Supporting SEO strategies by identifying in-market keyword opportunities, 
  • Collaborating with digital agency on day-to-day operations and campaign strategy,
  • Measuring the performance of marketing campaigns, developing KPI reports that tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members and communicate your findings to diverse stakeholders, 
  • Measuring, analyzing, testing, and rapidly developing campaigns, ads, and conversion elements to increase efficiency, 
  • Compiling, reviewing and communicating weekly/monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts,
  • Building dashboards, reporting, and models for the marketing funnel to project future marketing performance, driving strategy and budget allocation, and uncovering opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency.
