Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,
•    Prone to team work, strong analytical skills,
•    Experienced in project coordination processes,
•    Advanced written and spoken English,
•    Proficient in using MS Office applications,
•    Completed military service – for male applicants,
•    Preferably living in Istanbul – European side.

Basic Functions: 

•   To regularly inform the Board of Directors about the level of risk management maturity of the company, 
•   To regularly inform the Board of Directors about critical compliance violations, company compliance inventory and assurance level, 
•   To ensure that inventory of country-based compliance and risk management activities is taken and necessary assignments are made, 
•   To report and advise the top manager of the relevant units about evaluations of the countries within the scope of the compliance and risk management activities, 
•   To provide the Internal Audit Unit with information about the company's control environment and compliance / risk management activities, and to provide inner vision with regard to the audit prioritization.
