 As Finance team; we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our project!

 In the team we are 40 sportive teammates, focused and divided on giving financial support to all activities in the country. 

 With our last store opening at the beginning of 2019, today we have 34 stores to make sports more accessible in Turkey. 

 The new year is coming full of new challenges in terms of Omni retail, expansion, digital and lots of reasons to enjoy this amazing project from a finance point of view. 

 WHO ARE YOU? : 

• Preferably have a retail experience Bachelor’s degree from related departments. 
• Passionate for a career in finance 0-2 years of experience in related departments. 
• Quick learner, well organized and multi-tasker. 
• Autonomous and able to make decisions. 
• Good eye for details.
•  Creative and open-minded.
•  Real team player.
• Customer and business-oriented.
•  Curious, proactive and logical thinking. 
• Focused on sense. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent in English. 
• Sporty.     

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Boost the business through financial and commercial support. 
• As a strong business partner, you optimize the management duties and assist in making decisions which contribute to profitability. 
• Analyze key indicators, act as a partner, alerting as needed and proposing corrective actions. 
• Take the lead on projects within the financial department.
•  Ensure that all accounting records reflect precisely the business reality. 
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations. 
• Be aware of the context and the needs and adapt your activity accordingly.
• Be an active player in increasing the teammate, users and shareholders’ satisfaction and autonomy.
