• University degree preferably in textile engineering
• Min 7 years of merchandising experience in jersey
• Proactive team player with strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to build up strong relationship with the suppliers, buyers and designers.
• Very well organized and strong daily follow up skills
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Very good command of MS Office applications
• Ability to provide top quality service for customer satisfaction,
• Dynamic personality, attitude towards excellence,
• Ability to quick response and follow up the customer needs,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent Critical Path follow up.
• Advanced costing, development and production skills
• Continuously develop overall product knowledge and remain current with industry trends
• Develop and enhance management skills while leading by example
• Trains and develops associates.
• Provides feedback on how associates are executing day-to-day tasks.
• Provides direction to associates so that customers are assisted in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Suggests methods to improve department operations.
• Ensures compliance at production facilities.
• Drives the completion of daily tasks.
• To coordinate customer relations and supplier processes.
