QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dental Centres are first class and located in stunning locations along the Mediterranean coast including Antalya and Fethiye.

For our operations in Antalya, DCT Solutions, we need new team members for;

Job Description

  • Accurately coordinate appointments and make transfer arrangements to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately
  • Record all aspects of each reservation ensuring all details are recorded accurately and simulations
  • Handle questions raised during the reservation process and provide accurate answers
  • Provide accurate information relating to costs associated with bookings and transfers
  • Prioritise reservations according to the urgency
  • Send accurate information relating to all reservation arrangements to the relevant internal and external departments, consistently maintaining company standards at all times
  • Manage hotel reservations and provide accurate pricing and information and where necessary provide alternative options
  • Handle issues which are identified or require clarification and resolve with the CC team
  • Ensure all services available are offered to each patient during the reservation process and detailed information about such services is provided
  • Ensure cancelled appointments are recorded and the necessary steps are taken to inform 3rd parties of the cancellation
  • Liaise with the CC team to obtain all the details necessary to ensure the booking information is accurate and in line with company policies
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained relating to hotel reservations and commissions, effectively communicating to internal and external departments as necessary
  • Update availability information ensuring the CC team are working with accurate real time data relating to appointment availability
  • Liaising with relevant departments and 3rd party suppliers to ensure and verify reservation records of all patients are accurate
  • Coordinate with the CC regarding detailed follow up communications which may be necessary before the booking can be confirmed
  • Maintain a good knowledge of 3rd party supplier rates and service offerings
  • Undertake data management and administrative duties such as data input, database management, file management and record keeping
  • Identify and communicate issues and trends related to bookings which may have an adverse effect on the CC
  • Providing reports relating to bookings as requested


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in handing reservations
  • Confident, articulate and open communicator with a strong capability to communicate (spoken and written) in the English language
  • Exceptional attention to detail, planning and organising skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve queries with others in a practical and proactive manner
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
