For our IT Department in Antalya, DCT Solutions, we are looking for Hardware Specialist.

Job Description

• Daily monitoring, administration, backup-recovery activities and maintenance of all IT systems (Server Systems, Network, Security, Camera, Telephone) in Office and Clinics.
• Evaluate, prioritize and respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner to assist users for experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, printing and other computer-related technologies.
• Troubleshooting, analysing, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues.
• Participating in short and long-term projects.
• Administration of client pc and mobile devices running on Microsoft, Mac Os, IOS and Android.
• Managing the IT hardware and license inventory with follow of support and guarantee periods.
• Keeping up to date the equipment handover and planning, implementation, operation and documentation of IT servers.
• Reporting daily activities and incidents regularly to IT Manager.
• Creating monthly service level report.
• Ensuring the protection of data in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Competences

• Min 6 years of experience in network and information technology,
• Ability to write technical and operational documentation,
• Having knowledge on TCP/IP and client connectivity on advanced level.Experience in information risk management and security related standards & regulations including ISO   27001, the Protection of Personal Data Law (KVKK),
• Knowledge in Log management, Proxy, DLP, Antivirus Orchestrator Systems,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Experience in CCTV and NVR systems,
• Office 365 Cloud technologies,
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail,
• Excellent team working skills,
• No restriction to domestic travel.
