QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, technology, engineering or other related departments.
  • International / Exporting
  • Experienced at least 5 years in the field of International Sales Manager
  • English proficiency, 
  • Experienced in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations Management, 
  • Following developments and innovations related to a sector of manufacturing.
  • High communication and presentation skills,  
  • Passion to the teamwork.
  • Ability to planning and organize. 
  • Carefully compliance with procedures, 
  • No travel restrictions 

Job Description: 


  • Analyzing market (prices, products, suppliers) , competitor’s profile and creating strategies,
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies (social media, PR, creative etc.) and consultants to create and execute relevant market research programs,
  • Define information needs & commission research / surveys to gather competitive / industry knowledge.
  • Guide team in developing knowledge & make informed business decisions on product positioning, market opportunities.

  • Managing relationship with existing customers and developing new business with potential customers,
  • Developing sales/service strategies for customers in line with their business / long term targets,
  • Maintaining a high level of product, services and solution know-how,
  • Developing & implementing account management plans including relevant business partners, producers, and suppliers as appropriate,
  • Implementing and controlling the strategy with the support of the internal functions,
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities,
  • Understanding competitor motives/market developments and incorporating into the business strategy,
  • Identifying and influencing the decision-makers on the customer side,
  • Managing customer requirements in accordance with their strategies and budget,
  • Responsible for large and mid accounts & will carry sales quota.

    More than 5 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
    Turkish(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
